Starting with the stables which is our beautiful ceremony room with its original timber and brickwork. Perfectly lit for your big moment, the stables which used to hold the farm’s working horses, give a true rustic feel whilst seating a maximum of 100 guests.
After you’ve said your vows your family and friends can enjoy the Granary. It is the oldest part of Woolas Barn and has a rustic bar and reception area for your guests to relax, as well as two cosy snugs which are ideal for sitting down with a drink or two to get you ready for the party ahead.
When it’s time to tuck into some delicious food you will head over to the lambing shed which has stunning views of the courtyard and Yorkshire countryside. Its natural warmth is drawn from the traditional Yorkshire boarding and exposed brickwork for up to 130 of your guests to admire. This picturesque space is ideal for starting your evening.

Throughout the day you can soak up the tranquil atmosphere in our courtyard and when the sun goes down you can sit by the firepit toasting marshmallows making the last few memories from your wedding day.

Absolutely! When you book Woolas Barn, you get the whole shebang for three whole days. That’s plenty of time for setting up, partying hard, and recovering (hopefully in that order).
