What's Included
Exclusive access to Woolas Barn venue across a three-day period and use of the ceremony room for up to a maximum of 100 ceremony guests, 120 dinner guests and 160 night guests.
Use of the secluded former tennis court lawn for bridal party photos.
Two snug areas in the roof of the granary perfect for winding down after too much dancing
Access to the upstairs mezzanine which will guarantee a good birds eye view of the crazy dancers below
Parking for approximately 70 cars, which can be left overnight at the owner’s risk
The venue can hold up to 120 guests during the day and a total of 160 guests on a night.
Food
The food and drinks you choose on your wedding day say a lot about you. That’s why Our in-house team have created exquisite menus for all kinds of wedding budgets. From sharing plates to traditional three course dining, there is something mouth-watering for everyone. You can even add your own culinary flair and shape a totally bespoke menu.
Drinks
We have a fully stocked bar at Woolas Barn, with experienced staff able to advise on the best wines and champagnes to match your tastes. Choose from our extensive wine list, select one of our carefully chosen drinks packages or why not really mix things up and wow your guests with a cocktail hour. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own wine, champagne or beer for the Reception Drinks, Wedding breakfast and Toasts for which there is a corkage charge.
Taster sessions
At Woolas Barn we offer complimentary food tastings to couples who have booked their wedding day with us. You will be able to try a selection of dishes from our full mouth-watering menus and discuss the choices with our chefs before making your final decision.

Coordination
This includes 3 meetings throughout your wedding planning. A detailed timeline and layout plans will be coordinated with yourselves and your chosen suppliers to make sure your wedding day runs seamlessly. Our Wedding Planner will also be there on your wedding day to oversee all of the day’s proceedings.
Styling
At your 6 month meeting you will discuss your styling in more detail and create a bespoke scheme tailored towards your wedding style with access to a whole host of props and simple greenery to help bring Woolas Barn alive.
Set Up
To take away the stress before your wedding day, our Wedding Planner will set up your entire decor so you can relax and enjoy the start of your wedding weekend without any worries.

Originally built in 1863, Woolas Barn isn’t just a wedding venue, it’s been our home for three generations and is still a fully working farm.

Perfect venue to go from day to night
With beautiful surroundings, such as the Woolas Grange gardens, you’ll have the perfect scenery for pictures of your bridal party before heading to our beautifully restored barn. When it gets cooler at night, our outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to unwind after having a few drinks from our onsite bar or strutting your stuff on the dancefloor. You and your guests will have an unforgettable day creating magical memories at Woolas Barn.
